Training

AES I 1:1 online

The Art of Embodied Spirituality I The Art of Embodied Wholeness

The training is aimed at people who want to live their potential and use their unique, individual gifts, people who feel that there is more in them.

The training is self-contained. It can of course also be used as a supplement to previous training or areas of activity. Professionally, it expresses itself in different ways. Some already know their career path, for others it will unfold anew.

Who is the training for

Most people who undergo training are motivated by supportive work with other people and creative expression. They want to master paradoxes such as freedom and limitation, the spiritual and the everyday, doing and being, creating and effortlessness, with greater ease and deeper integration, in order to use their rich lives for the best possible good in a fulfilled and attentive way.

For example:

  • People who care for others, such as group leaders, facilitators, team leaders, managers, healers, teachers, coaches, psychologists, therapists, doctors …
  • Artists, creative people who want to deepen their creative flow, refine their expression and/or (want to) use their voice in front of an audience, such as writers, musicians, painters, dancers, singers, actors, speakers …
  • People who (want to) create innovations and new things
  • People who are on the path to clarity, fulfillment of meaning, growth, development, lightness
  • People who have already tried different approaches, who feel that more is possible in their lives and want to set out to really discover it, to embody it

I only accept a small number of 1:1 students per year. Small groups of up to 3 students are currently possible as an alternative.

Duration and rhythm of the training

The training is an individual process that takes 1 to 11/2 years and takes place online. In-person sessions are possible by arrangement as an alternative to the online sessions.
We usually meet twice a month: 1x for one of the 13 longer sessions. Depending on the initiation and topic, these sessions last 90 minutes. And a 2nd time for an integration session (approx. 75 min). The time between sessions is an important phase of integration that can be modified individually. The training comprises a total of 26 sessions (13 longer & 13 integration sessions).

You will receive

Access to the training website with information on universal embodiment resources that we have developed and a written certificate for each initiation received, as well as a written certificate upon completion of the teacher’s degree.

QUOTE:

The process of directing energy is what our use / control is all about. It’s a process that we don’t understand particularly well, either theoretically or practically, but it’s such an essential process that we really need to study it and understand it better. Energy in the body is constantly directed by processes that we are often not aware of, processes that take place below the level of consciousness. Even when we sleep, energy is active in the body.
Consciously directing energy is another matter. That’s what it’s really about for us, that’s what it’s all about when we use ourselves – consciously directing / controlling energy.
