AT Move

Through the AT Move practice we learn and deepen the Alexander Technique in a way that enables everyone to apply this demonstrably deeply effective awareness tool freely and independently in everyday life.

Among other things, the Alexander Technique promotes a feeling of lightness, mental clarity and alertness, creativity and the development of our own voice as well as a free, self-responsible ability to make decisions in daily life. It is a presence or awareness work that has been used by many, many people for over a century.

Here are some examples of people who use the Alexander Technique for their work, their impact, their success, for a higher quality of life:

  • Acting (in America, the AT is part of every acting course)
  • Creative people and artists who want to improve their creative flow and refine their expression. Actors, writers, musicians, painters, creatives, dancers, singers
  • People who care for others, in a team or as a leader, as a teacher, coach, psychologist, mother, father, healer, therapist, doctor
  • People who use their voice in front of other people such as presenters, actors, speakers, leaders, singers
  • People who are on the path of clarity, fulfillment of meaning, personal growth, development, natural lightness and inspiration. Often people who have already tried many different approaches.
