THE ART OF LIVING HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS
Workshop series – 3rd MODULE

In this workshop we will explore our relationship wisdom – how can we shape our relationships with our parents, siblings, partners, children, colleagues, friends, employees, clients,… whoever, in a way that we truly desire.
“ We shape our lives and the world around us through the way we relate.”
By nature, our bodies are born to be in relationship with each other and to react to each other. Without naming it, they do this every moment – whether we are aware of it or not.
Particularly in long-term relationships (whether in a partnership, family, friendship or at work), it is easy for dynamics to creep in that distance us from this deeper connection.
In this series of workshops, we lay fundamental groundwork for rediscovering and actively shaping this natural, mutual interaction – towards a way of relating that nurtures qualities such as clarity, intimacy and the simplicity of mutual joy.
We humans tend to complicate connections because they speak to the place of our greatest vulnerability and our strongest protection; the place of our very own longings and for that deeper connection.
We explore concrete guidelines through which we train our intuitive ability to actively shape relationships in partnership, family, work environment and friendships in a way that we really want to experience.
We will build basic body-mind resources, use Conscious Movement practice and explorations/self-reflections, deepen universal movement principles, not least to anchor ourselves in the wisdom of our body on this path.
The synthesis of these methods offers a creative and embodied way to explore strategies of approach and avoidance and to build the basic mental and physical resources we need to navigate the complexity of our relational ways more consciously.
