I grew up as a competitive athlete, studied business administration and worked for many years in the film industry in front of and behind the camera.
After the birth of my two children, I started to work consciously. I trained as an Alexander Technique teacher with Ulli Pawlas and started writing. Screenplays and short stories followed. After directing a movie about an American healer, I trained as a healer, geomancer and consciousness coach. I started accompanying people to discover their own inner teacher. After years of Conscious Movement self-awareness and numerous journeys to different cultures, I trained with the Americans Andrea Juhan, Kathy Altmann and Lori Saltzman to become a Conscious Movement teacher (Open Floor) and further trained in ancestral healing and relational work and have been leading workshops for years.
