In the Soulbodies group we explore our connection to a deep sense of self and how we can bring it more into our daily lives, i.e. embody it. The embodied soul is our ability to connect with our sense of self, the other person and something much bigger. Access often manifests as a feeling of being connected to something bigger than our daily self.
When we embody SOULFULNESS, we sink into such a deep and incorruptible sense of belonging and fulfillment that our desires and choices arise in alignment with our personal and collective good.
That is our nature, our bodies simply long for this fullness and to find an expression for it. But there aren’t many places in our culture where we can have conversations about it, let alone learn how to live life this way. We all need practice, space, energy, structure and the opportunity to learn from each other. The intention of the SOULBODIES container is to create this space.

If we succeed in allowing this mysterious element to take the lead in our lives more and more, we are more open, more inspired, more in the flow and often full of joy.

In Cycle 25/26 we will explore and align the subtle body and energetic boundaries through precise body-mind practice, freeing us from old conditioning and co-dependencies to realize our deeper passion and truth.

The SOULBODIES Cycles have been running as a closed group for many years, with new and old participants forming every cycle.
Notes:
- Joy, sense of purpose, strength; Note: For centuries, societal values have silenced feelings of inner pleasure/joy, purpose/challenge and strength/an inherent power within us. The truth about this lives in our body memory, which is passed down through generations. How can it be any wonder that we don’t feel safe to authentically feel and express our joy? We are afraid of how people might react to us. We are not quite sure what our purpose, our destiny really is, or are afraid of the judgment of others, so we prefer not to fully engage with our essence. We shy away from our power, unconsciously rejecting it because it has been expressed in a threatening and destructive way for centuries. It exists, this belief that we are safe if we simply remain small. If, on the other hand, we succeed in consciously incorporating joy, purpose and inner strength through our body, this has a direct influence on our feeling of security, purpose, fulfillment and joy in our lives.
- There will be space to bring in what is most alive for you right now and to receive reflection. All areas of your life are welcome, whatever is there right now, like maybe details for your next project or unconscious contracts from your ancestors that are playing out in your life today. We know that all the threads of your life are connected, and we can’t pretend that what happens in your personal life doesn’t have an impact on your creative or professional life.
