Conscious Movement

Each path is unique and at the same time fully connected to our collective.

Let’s chose for good…

OPEN FLOOR – EMBODIED MOVEMENT MEDITATION

BEING ALONE – BEING IN CONTACT – BEING CONNECTED – BEING IN COMMUNITY – BELONGING

When we move from a room full of loners to a unified field, from moving to being moved, from seeking Spirit to being Spirit-in-motion, these are moments when we kiss the ground.

What is the Open Floor Movement practice?

The Open Floor Movement practice is embodied meditation in free movement, in which we use universal principles such as breath, grounding, centering and alignment. Freedom, awareness, connection to others, self-expression, creativity, emotional agility, reflection, mindfulness, community, meditation – all these elements of our humanity find space in the Open Floor practice, are integrated and embodied.

If we set what arises within us in motion and use our impulses as fuel for our movement, we create space for change and development. Through this process, our creativity becomes visible and our inspirational power can unfold.

Along the way, we learn skills, unlearn patterns that no longer serve us and use our curiosity to move and encounter ourselves more and more consciously.

Here I integrate knowledge from the Alexander Technique, through which we train our body-mind unity, refine our daily use of self and find clarity through an attitude of grace and lightness.
