There are many ways to meditate.
In ATTUNE we move freely, to music and sometimes in silence, focus our attention, send conscious directions into our body, intentions into our heart and the ether, open ourselves to inspiration and allow ourselves to listen deeply to the inner processes in our body and being.
Reflecting on something essential within us is crucial in order to live out our values, abilities and gifts in everyday life. The movements of alignment, orientation and attunement are an art that revitalizes, renews, uplifts and brings us into harmony with our core self.
No matter what age or state of health we are in, a time of deeper alignment and attunement in the focused play of embodiment practice invites us to feel fresh and inspires us to creatively shape our lives
